Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Communications, or a related field
• Strong public speaking, presentation, facilitation, or teaching skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation technology
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Hannibal, MO area
• Availability during school hours, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person Signs of Suicide® (SOS) presentations to middle and high school students
• Facilitate engaging discussions on youth mental health, suicide prevention, and help-seeking behaviors
• Build and maintain positive relationships with school administrators, counselors, educators, and students
• Ensure presentations are delivered in accordance with evidence-based program standards
• Complete required documentation, attendance records, surveys, and reporting in a timely manner
• Maintain electronic records and program data
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training opportunities
• Support community outreach events and other organizational initiatives as needed
• Promote CHADS Coalition programs and services when appropriate
