About the role
School Food Service Workers are needed to serve nutritious meals in the Wayne, NJ area.
Responsibilities
- Work school days and hours only.
- Previous School Foodservice and cashier experience is required.
- Onsite training will be provided.
- No nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Somers off during summers.
Requirements
- Able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools.
- Passes TB testing.
- Reliable transportation.
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness.
- Able to sit, bend, reach, and lift up to 40lbs.
- Able to stand for approximately 4 hours daily.
- Familiarity with POS/cashier systems.
- Able to work as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience helpful, but not required.
- Ideally suited for stay-at-home parents and early retirees.
