Responsibilities

• Builds awareness of the school and its identity, mission, and vision.
• Develops and implements marketing plans, collaborating with the school and state teams.
• Identifies and collaborates with community organizations to enhance the school's reputation.
• Generates conversion of family interest into applications and enrollment.
• Manages application and registration, ensuring the school meets enrollment targets.
• Engages in retention strategies to improve student start rates and minimize withdrawals.
• Coordinates with the school team to support the start of the year and pre-first day activities.
• Provides status updates and reports to school leadership.

Requirements

• 2-year college degree or higher (preferred)
• Previous sales or marketing background (highly desired)
• Previous School Enrollment Manager, Registrar, or equivalent experience (desired)
• Demonstrated experience in social media and digital marketing
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Excellent customer service, organization, time management, and follow-up skills
• Ability to present a professional office with great customer service skills
• Positive attitude and collaborative nature
• Detail-oriented

Skills

• Strategic use of insights and metrics from social media
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office, Student Information System (SIS), CRM, Adobe Acrobat, and Canva
• Adapts to emerging software technology
• Understanding of federal, state, and local requirements for K-12 schools and charter school law (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills: oral (including presentations), written, interpersonal (active listening), negotiating, and influencing
• Proactive and takes initiative
• Drives projects to completion and insists on the highest level of quality
