Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
- Has at least three years of successful leadership experience in a licensed preschool or child care center
- Mets Kentucky qualifications to serve as a Child Care Director
- Is a positive, confident leader who inspires and develops others
- Is relatable both to children, parents, and staff
- Exercises sound judgment and confidently solves problems with professionalism and empathy
- Delivers exceptional customer service and communicates effectively
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, iPads, and social media
- Has experience with curriculum implementation and child assessment tools
