School Director

About the Role

We are seeking a School Director for our Modřany location who understands the unique challenges of leading a small team, caring for families, and achieving commercial targets simultaneously. At Kids&Us, we believe in the natural ability of children to become bilingual, and our proven methodology has helped over 190,000 children across 13 countries absorb English naturally. Join us in our mission to improve English proficiency among children in the Czech Republic.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the school, including team leadership, operations, and maintaining teaching quality
• Driving student enrolment and loyalty by setting and achieving targets, following up with leads, and converting trial lessons into long-term enrolments
• Lead management: converting enquiries into enrolments and ensuring an excellent experience for every family
• Local marketing, community events, and partnerships to position Kids&Us as the leading English school in the area
• Managing social media presence, primarily on Instagram and Facebook, to grow local visibility
• Building relationships with families and the local community
• Coordinating with teachers and academic coordinators to maintain teaching standards
• Reporting to the Area Manager on a weekly basis

Requirements

• Experience managing a small team in education, retail, hospitality, or a similar service environment
• Commercial mindset with comfort in handling targets, follow-up calls, and sales conversations
• Experience or genuine interest in social media management (Instagram, Facebook)
• Strong communication skills: warm with families, direct and reliable with the team
• Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
• Passion for children's education and genuine interest in the Kids&Us method
• Czech — native or near-native level
• English — minimum B2 level, both written and spoken
• Based in Prague, preferably near Kids&Us Nové Butovice school
