Director Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Administration: Lead daily operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standardsStaff Management: Hire, train, supervise and support staff to build a positive, collaborative teamCurriculum and Program Development: Deliver our proprietary Wonder of Learning® program*, designed to spark curiosity, support individual growth and inspire a lifelong love of learningFamily and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families and promote the School in the communityFinancial Management: Manage the budget, enrollment and resources for operational successHealth and Safety: Maintain a safe, clean and prepared environment for children, staff and visitors Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Associates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience teaching in early childhood education and 2+ year in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices and team leadershipExcellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skillsA genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality educationMust pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements *Wonder of Learning® is our exclusive education program designed to embrace how children learn best — through play and curiosity.
