About the Role
This learning centre provides a safe English-language education for over 350 refugee children from kindergarten to Grade 8, representing more than nine African nations. Students receive instruction in core subjects, Christian education, and character training, along with access to basic healthcare and a guaranteed nutritious hot meal daily.
The school director oversees all aspects of school operations, including managing staff contracts, assigning tasks, and ensuring necessary supplies are available. The director will partner with the CEO and manage the school during the CEO’s international travel.

- Partner with the CEO and manage the school during the CEO’s absence.
Requirements
- Strong sense of calling to serve and bless the refugee community in the capital city.
- Good social and communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to handle stress well.
- Experience in education or school administration (2+ years preferred).
