Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies aligned with the school’s mission and goals
- Oversee daily operations to meet benchmarks established by state, federal, and accrediting agencies
- Compile, analyze, and communicate operational and performance data to assess school needs
- Create and manage the school’s budget, including revenue and expense controls
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas
- Collaborate with Fedcap leadership on campus expansion planning
- Lead recruitment efforts in partnership with Fedcap Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
- Ensure all regulatory documentation, processes, and procedures are properly maintained
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, and student-centered learning environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Report to the Vice President and participate in scheduled leadership meetings
- Ensure effective communication across faculty, staff, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Fedcap IT to maintain adequate technology infrastructure and user support
- Oversee records management and compliance reporting per federal, state, and local requirements
- Lead and motivate staff and faculty to achieve organizational goals aligned with the school’s mission
- Complete professional development training to remain current on regulations and standards
- Drive the IAIP plan for the branch campus in collaboration with the Main Campus
- Ensure the Dean of Education has appropriate resources to lead academic programs
- Ensure no operational, staffing, or procedural changes are made without Vice President approval.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in vocational or career training school administration
- Demonstrated experience working with regulatory agencies, including state departments of education, accrediting bodies, and federal regulators
- Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight

Pay
$85,000 to $95,000
