About the role

Join us as a School Culture Associate (SCA), where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a safe, positive school community. You'll build positive relationships with students, help create a welcoming campus, mentor and support them throughout the school day, and collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to ensure their success.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with students

  • Use de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills to foster a positive school culture
  • Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to support student success
  • Serve as a positive role model for students

Requirements

  • Experience working with middle and high school students
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Belief in providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all students
  • Experience in education, youth development, customer service, coaching, mentoring, security, behavioral support, or community outreach
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
