School Counselor

About the role

Phoenix School Counseling is seeking a self-motivated and highly skilled part-time school counselor for the 2026-2027 school year at a non-public K-8 school. The ideal candidate will provide support to students with favorable student to counselor ratios.

Responsibilities

- Provide support to students in small schools. - Work with students and families on social and emotional and academic learning needs. - Lead in providing support to students.

Requirements

- MN School Counselor or School Social Worker License (Preferred).

Qualifications

- Highly skilled and self-motivated. - Experience working with students and families in a school setting.

Skills

- Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
