About the role

We seek self-motivated and highly skilled counselors to lead in providing support to students in small schools with favorable student to counselor ratios.

Responsibilities

• Support students in social and emotional learning needs
• Work with students and families on academic learning needs

Requirements

• MN School Counselor or School Social Worker License (Preferred)

Qualifications

• Spanish/English bilingual
• Experience working in a K-8 setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
