About the role

Lake Washington School District is seeking a qualified Elementary School Counselor for a .6 float position serving Alcott, Baker, and Krik Elementary Schools for the 2026‑27 school year. This posting will be used to build an applicant pool for the position. Qualifications

• Washington State ESA certificate with School Counselor endorsement.

Full benefit package available for employees who work a minimum of 630 hours during the school year.

Pay

Salary is paid according to the teacher salary schedule, including a base contract plus additional contracts for LEAP days and responsibility. An additional technology stipend and professional fund are provided. See the LWEA salary schedule posted on the district website for details.
