School Bus Driver
About the role
The Framingham Public Schools Department of Transportation is seeking a School Bus Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for students during the 2026-2027 school year. The position offers competitive pay, generous paid time off, and a sign-on bonus for fully licensed drivers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure passenger safety and adhere to the planned route and schedule.
- Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and passenger numbers.
- Report delays, accidents, and emergencies promptly.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip.
- Assist with loading and unloading the bus as needed.
- Enforce safety rules and report inappropriate student behavior.
- Maintain a clean vehicle and support students.
Requirements
- Class A or B CDL license with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Passing a drug test and CORI required.
Qualifications

Pay

Schedule
