School Bus Driver

Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated School Bus Driver responsible for safely transporting students to and from school and activities. The role requires strong driving skills, excellent communication, and a genuine interest in working with children. The driver ensures student safety, enforces behavior management policies, and fosters a welcoming environment during routes. Key Responsibilities Operate buses following traffic laws and safety regulationsTransport students to designated locationsMaintain passenger safety and order on the busConduct vehicle inspections for safety and cleanlinessCommunicate effectively with students, parents, and staffAssist students, including those with special needsKeep accurate records of routes, attendance, and incidentsFollow all transportation regulations Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in bus or commercial driving preferred, especially with school buses. Strong communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience working with children are advantageous. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required; CDL with passenger endorsement is preferred. Multilingual abilities or experience in childcare or education can be beneficial.
