Qualifications
- Age 18 or older.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Performance Responsibilities
- Aid students in boarding and alighting the school bus safely.
- Ensure students are properly secured in their seats as required.
- Maintain supervision of student behavior and compliance with transportation conduct guidelines.
- Collaborate with the bus driver to maintain a safe environment for all students.
Physical and Mental Demands, Work Hazards
- Works in a standard school bus environment.
- Requires work involving walking, standing, stooping, crouching, stretching, or lifting up to 50 pounds of force.
Terms of Employment
- Based on Classified Salary Schedule, Grade 5.
- This is a part-time position in accordance with the district's needs.
Evaluation
- Performance will be evaluated in accordance with Board Policy.
