School Behavior Support Provider

About the role

Cadence Care Network seeks to build a cohesive team of managers and staff who are essential in delivering quality service to the children and families they serve. The primary focus is on evolving to meet the changing needs of the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents primarily in the school setting.
• Develop and implement a service plan to address symptoms, behaviors, emotions, and assist in eliminating barriers in personal and educational environments.
• Coordinate and conduct activities that increase a client’s capacity to positively impact their environment.
• Aid in behavior deescalation and crisis management.
• Work in the home with families on an as needed basis.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field OR three years' experience in mental health.
• Behavior modification training.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and/or with developmental disabilities.
