About The Position
The District is seeking two leave replacement positions for the 2026-27 school year. Both positions are non-continuing. The School Behavior Analyst positions are as follows:
- School Behavior Analyst (1.0 FTE): Start of the school year through December 17, 2026 ONLY.
- School Behavior Analyst (.2 FTE): Full 2026-27 school year ONLY.
The Certified Behavioral Analyst is responsible for developing, assessing, and analyzing instructional and behavioral programs, modifying curricula, conducting data analysis, and conducting functional analyses of student behaviors. This role collaborates with parents, teachers, administrators, and other staff to analyze behavior, implement behavior plans, and train others to ensure students can access the curriculum and achieve academic progress.
Required Qualifications
To apply, candidates must hold a Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate with a School Behavior Analyst endorsement, or possess the ability to obtain one prior to the position start date. Salary and Benefits
The 2025-26 Salary Schedule Range is $83,305 through $148,226 (2026-27 Salary Schedule not yet finalized). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life, and AD+D insurance, along with options for HSAs, FSAs, and DCAPs. Most employees also have access to additional benefits such as paid sick leave, personal leave, an Employee Assistance Program, and deferred compensation plans.
Physical requirements include navigating various school and classroom environments, assisting students with physical support or challenging behaviors, and communicating regularly. The position may involve moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds and adjusting focus as necessary.
