About the role
Provide evidence-based home-based intervention services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized therapy sessions in participants' homes.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on participant needs and goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support participant development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field.
- Current certification in ABA from an accredited organization.
- Experience working with individuals with ASD.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
