About the role
Provide compassionate and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Implement and modify therapy sessions according to progress and feedback
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support holistic care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning
- Attend training workshops and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Valid state license to practice as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Previous experience in clinical settings
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
