School-Based Therapist - LE or L

About the role

Provide individual/family therapy to students within the school setting and provide consultation and support to school staff regarding behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions to students in the school setting.
• Consult and support school staff on behavioral health issues.
• Coordinate with the school schedule for flexible time off.
• Work alongside community partners to offer meaningful, hands-on work.

Requirements

• Licensed Eligible/Licensed - Commensurate with education/experience.
• Master’s degree eligible to seek Licensure for Supervision in Virginia or LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
• Two years of experience working with youth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed in Virginia or equivalent license in another state.
• Experience working with youth.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with school staff and community partners.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and interventions.

$55,000 - $57,000 Licensed Eligible, $60,000 - $70,000 Licensed
