A dynamic opportunity for a School Based Therapist to join our dedicated team. This role is responsible for providing therapeutic services in a school setting to support students' emotional and behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assess student needs and progress regularly
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Current license to practice as a School Based Therapist in your state
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field preferred
• Experience with evidence-based interventions
• Knowledge of child development and mental health

Skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
