Supplemental Health Care is seeking a School Pediatric Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Elkton, Maryland. The position offers a 41-week contract with a $3,000 assignment bonus, 35 hours per week, and a shift of 7 hours, days. The salary range is $48.40 - $52.15 per hour.
Job Description
Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results. Evaluate students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services. Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals. Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians. May be asked to travel between school locations and supervise assistants.
Requirements
- Pediatric Physical Therapist Specialty
- Experience with pediatrics or in a school setting preferred but not required
- Maryland Physical Therapist License
- American Heart Association BLS certification
