About the role

Join Rehab Resources and be part of a therapist-owned team dedicated to transforming the lives of students through meaningful, individualized therapy services. We are currently seeking a full-time SLP to support students in Bristol WI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of needs
• Address areas including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
• Provide documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support carryover at home

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility)
• DPI certification for school-based practice (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in pediatrics or school settings preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
