Job Duties
- Complete OT Assessments and reports
- Complete OT Therapy as needed
- COTA’s will complete majority of therapy sessions
- Enter IEP information (present levels, goals, service amount) into the IEP document system
- Attend IEP meetings
- Supervise COTA
- Collaborate with SPED Team members and teachers
- Complete Quarterly Progress Reports if Required
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited school or program
- Az Current Board of Occupational Therapy license
- Current Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- You are able to travel between school sites and have reliable transportation
