School-Based Occupational Therapist - $56 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Salem, Oregon to hire a local contract Occupational Therapist.

About the role

Help kids succeed as a School-Based Occupational Therapist. This is a 13-week local contract position with a schedule of 24 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Some travel between schools may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Potentially supervise OT assistants

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with an Oregon license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay

• Hourly rate: $52.20 - $56.25 per hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)
