Encompass Christian Counseling partners with school officials to provide support, mental health, and case management services to students and families at assigned schools. This position starts as part-time with the potential to transition to full-time.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's level Social Worker (LSW) — Master's degree strongly preferred — or Master's level Counselor (LPC), with independent licensure preferred (LISW or LPCC, respectively)
- Experience working with students and families strongly preferred
- Must adhere to CCHO's statement of faith and code of conduct

- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass background checks (fingerprints required), drug test, reference checks, Department of Justice National sex offender search, Ohio (and other states of residence) Alleged Perpetrator Search, and other checks as required by our licensing agency
- Must be able to commute reliably for all on-site positions
- Some roles require a valid Ohio driver's license and an insurable driving record
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or family mental health counseling and evidence-based therapeutic interventions according to the client's treatment plan
- Complete Mental Health Assessments (MHAs), including accurate mental health diagnoses
- Develop treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with clients
- Complete timely and well-written documentation, including progress notes signed daily or within 24 hours for billing purposes
- Participate in peer/case review, supervision, and other quality improvement activities
- Treat others with a Christ-like attitude, helping them experience their worth in Christ while embodying a "TEAM first" approach
