School Based Counselor/Social Worker - $2,500 Bonus

About the role

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a School Based Counselor/Social Worker to join our Education department. This position serves as a therapist within the School-Based Mental Health Program, partnering with school teams to reduce barriers to mental health care. The School-Based IFSP Clinician will deliver evidence-based services to students with emotional impairments in partnering districts and provide training to strengthen social and emotional learning skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based services to students with emotional impairments in partnering districts
• Provide training to strengthen social and emotional learning skills
• Offer intensive therapeutic services in home and community settings for education department clients
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work
• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience as a counselor, social worker, therapist, or clinician
• Active Ohio LWS, LPC, MFT, or licensed eligible
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
