Responsibilities

• Complete assessment of each client
• Initiate and sustain each individual’s motivation to participate in treatment
• Develop a comprehensive service plan for each client
• Provide daily treatment and curriculum-based education groups

Qualifications

• Current licensure - LSW, LPC or CADC
• Two (2) years’ experience working with Substance abuse
• Two (2) years of counseling experience
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to exercise discretion and use independent judgment in making decisions
• Ability to promote positive behavior and manage resistant behavior

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Full-Time Varied shifts

Pay

$26.00 - $31.00/hour WITH a $2,000 sign-on bonus, if eligible
