School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What You'll Do

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each student's needs.
  • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and develop appropriate treatment goals.
  • Create and implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other members of the treatment team.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, families, and other professionals.
  • Provide parent, caregiver, and staff training as appropriate.
  • Monitor student progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
  • Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are being met.
  • Support students in developing communication, social, academic, and adaptive skills.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training.
  • Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • TN LBA.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
