What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each student's needs.
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and develop appropriate treatment goals.
- Create and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other members of the treatment team.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, families, and other professionals.
- Provide parent, caregiver, and staff training as appropriate.
- Monitor student progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
- Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are being met.
- Support students in developing communication, social, academic, and adaptive skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training.
- Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- TN LBA.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
