About the role
Location: Schools in Elkton and surrounding cities within Cecil County, Maryland.
Devereux’s Center for Autism Education Services provides a range of supports designed to improve socially significant outcomes in schools and communities. We are a BCBA-led, interdisciplinary team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and psychologists dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services. Grounded in compassionate, ethical practices, our work aims to move the field of applied behavior analysis forward while representing it with integrity and care.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Train and support school staff on behavior strategies
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Pay
