Paid Personal Leave and Sick Leave
Full-time employees accrue paid time off for personal needs and sick leave starting after one month of employment. Annual leave includes approximately 18 days of personal leave and 12 days of sick leave.
Military Leave
Employees serving in the armed forces or military reserves are entitled to 15 days per year for military training.

Retirement Programs

Minimum Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications, you must possess a college degree in a behavioral science or a related field, or have at least three (3) years of combined actual experience as a school teacher, school administrator, law enforcement officer with a degree, or social worker. (See MS Code 37-13-89).
