Monday – Friday (part‑time) 2 pm – 6 pm. Must be willing to drive a school bus or be trained.

As a School‑age Teacher at Celebree School™ you will create an exciting summer experience for school‑age children, fostering imagination, new passions, and lifelong friendships through outdoor adventures, arts, and crafts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate engaging, age‑appropriate activities and programs that spark excitement, creativity, and exploration.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive camp environment in compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Provide guidance, encouragement, and support to campers, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.
• Create a warm atmosphere for campers, parents, and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing updates, insights, and highlights of their child’s camp experience.
• Guide campers through activities with positivity, enthusiasm, and empathy, using positive reinforcement and appropriate discipline techniques.
• Keep camp facilities clean, organized, and well‑maintained for a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Maintain accurate records of camper attendance, participation, and achievements, celebrating progress throughout the summer.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Patience and flexibility.
• This position is with an independently owned franchise; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchise location.
