School Age Summer Teacher
Main Job Responsibilities
- Aid in all aspects of the camp program.
- Implement activities to support emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
- Create and maintain a clean, safe environment for children.
- Establish a professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
- Perform tasks requiring physical effort such as lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs., sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of experience working with children.
- Part-time, Monday through Friday, 9:30am-2:30pm.
Compensation
$15 - $18/hr. based on education and experience.

About the Role
Wee Care Child Development Center seeks part-time teachers for their School Age Summer Program. This is a seasonal position requiring a high school diploma or GED and two years of experience working with children. The ideal candidate will assist with all aspects of the camp program, implement activities to support various developmental areas, create and maintain a safe, clean environment, establish a professional rapport with families, and perform tasks requiring physical effort.
