Scholars Program Mentor, GT School - $150,000/year USD
Location: On-site in Georgetown (Austin), TX (relocation assistance available)
About the role
At gt.school, your group of 15–20 K–12 students progresses through material 5–10x faster than conventional classrooms permit. Your role is to continually elevate standards: facilitating one-hour life skills sessions on topics like public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback, while conducting personalized motivation meetings guided by Coachbot analytics that align individual objectives with quantifiable app progress. You'll see students who previously struggled with articulation complete the Test2Pass and emerge confident enough to address any audience. You leverage your own academic credentials in every interaction. No predetermined script exists. This position differs fundamentally from traditional classroom instruction. Mentors who establish strong performance records here — sustained student satisfaction, 100% goal-completion rates, verified skill acquisition — qualify for leadership positions, guiding a small mentor team while continuing to lead their own cohort.

- Monitoring performance against targets of 100% goal completion and 95% student satisfaction
