About the role

SDBA is a locally owned and operated firm founded by Casey Schlaegle, a Pittsburgh native with a diverse educational and practical background in construction and architecture. Growing up around the architectural woodworking and commercial construction industries, he gained a keen eye for aesthetics and uncompromising craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Design and fabricate high-performance, custom casework products using the latest technologies
• Collaborate with architects and designers to translate their vision into reality
• Ensure quality and efficiency in all projects
• Reduce lead time and cost for clients
• Work closely with a talented team of Union Mill Cabinet and Commercial Carpenters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in design and fabrication of custom casework products
• Strong understanding of building codes and industry standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
• Knowledge of building materials and techniques
