About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming scheduling inquiries and requests from clients
  • Manage and update client schedules efficiently
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding appointments and availability
  • Respond to client emails and phone calls within 24 hours
  • Ensure all client interactions are professional and courteous

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with scheduling software is a plus
