About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming scheduling inquiries and requests from clients
- Manage and update client schedules efficiently
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding appointments and availability
- Respond to client emails and phone calls within 24 hours
- Ensure all client interactions are professional and courteous
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with scheduling software is a plus
