Work Schedule
- 100% FTE, Monday through Friday, no weekends and no holidays.
- 8-hour shifts with rotating start times: 7:3am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, OR 8:30am-5:00pm.
- This is a hybrid position, in person location is UW Health Bell School St. Clinic.
Compensation
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree with an emphasis on healthcare.
- Preferred 2 years of Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting or with medical claims insurance.
- Required Previous computer experience.
