Scheduling Specialist
Hollywood Park is a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke, with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. It is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will include up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district of up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25 acres of public parks and open space. Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium hosts world-renowned events, including Super Bowl LVI (2022), the 2023 College Football Playoff National Championship, WrestleMania 2023, the 2026 World Cup, and the 2028 Olympics Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Adjacent to the stadium is a 2.5-acre open-air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater, an intimate venue for concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports, community gatherings, and conferences.
About the Role
The Scheduling Specialist is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, Operations within the Facility & Campus Operations Department. This role oversees staffing and scheduling for event operations across the Hollywood Park campus and is responsible for departmental event settlements, invoices, and other financial tasks.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal partners to ensure event operations and conversion needs are understood, ensuring accurate staffing deployments.
- Coordinate Team Member availability and scheduling to meet the required scope of work.
- Manage and review electronic time records for accuracy in payroll processing and event reconciliation, including time off requests and Paycor-related inquiries.
- Submit department invoices and labor finals for settlement purposes.
- Produce labor and material cost projections for event operations and conversions.
- Assist with task development, prioritization, and quality control audits to ensure high standards of delivery and labor efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the Department.
- Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in staffing, scheduling, or event planning and coordination.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in computer applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to specialty tools and systems.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to build rapport across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, self-prioritize, and remain organized.
- Ability to traverse the Hollywood Park campus, including standing and walking for prolonged periods.
- Flexible schedule; must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay
$28.00 - $30.90 per hour. In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, compensation is determined based on education, certification, prior experience, and internal/external data. Only in exceptional circumstances, if an external candidate’s experience, credentials, or expertise far exceed expectations, would Hollywood Park consider a salary near the higher end of the range.
