Scheduling Specialist

About the role

The Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for scheduling rough and trims, rescheduling for underground and tugs, maintaining the master schedule, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Schedules all Rough and Trims in Computer Ease to send out.
• Rescheduling of Tugs and Undergrounds.
• Access Supply Pro to schedule and communicate with Builders regarding roughs and trims.
• Maintains Master schedule; revises and alerts appropriate department or client of schedule changes or delays.
• Schedules inspections for Underslab, tugs, roughs, tug changeover/Pre power (for some counties).
• Accesses multiple builder websites to check on job sites.
• Contact county for any issues which prevent scheduling inspections (e.g., linking the master Notice if Commencement from the building permit to the electrical permit).
• Keeps track of failed or passed inspections on excel sheets for subdivisions on inspection log on shared drive.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
• Must be able to learn Computer Ease and other software systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have time management skills and multitasking skills.
• Be able to stay focused on tasks and work well under pressure.
• Must be a team player and willing to learn new procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of Customer service experience required.
• At least 4 years of scheduling experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Data Entry preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay

Min USD $20.00/Hr. Max USD $22.00/Hr.
