Full-Time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm We Offer Great culture and team atmosphereComprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability)401(k) retirement plan with a generous company matchGenerous time off accrualsPaid holidaysTuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral Program Merit IncreasesEmployee Discount ProgramsWork/life balance What You’ll Do Confirms patient appointments and perform patient reminder calls according to client guidelinesManages client and care provider’s schedules efficientlyTracks and reports daily scheduling metrics and communicates all client scheduling trends to managementAnswers all incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to all callers, patients, clients and visitorsMaintains patient records in billing/scheduling system formats and in hard copy when indicatedCompletes patient schedules, forms and all correspondenceProvides additional billing and customer service supportMaintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive informationMaintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department Qualifications High school diploma required.
