Scheduling Manager

McGough · Bismarck, ND · 3 wk ago
$130k–$160k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about McGough, then "CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE MANAGER" then description. We should not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content: About the role (intro about McGough and role). Responsibilities (list of duties). Qualifications (required and preferred). Skills maybe part of qualifications. Benefits (insurance, retirement, etc). Pay (salary range). Schedule? Not explicitly given except "Office And Travel Hybrid available. Must have potential to be onsite in Rochester at project 10%". That's schedule info? Could be considered schedule/hybrid. Might include a Schedule section if there is content. The posting says "Office And Travel Hybrid available. Must have potential to be onsite in Rochester at project 10%". That's schedule/hybrid. So we can include a Schedule section with that. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove navigation etc. Also remove "Physical Requirements" maybe? It's not a required heading; we could include under Requirements? But we have no heading for Physical Requirements; we could either omit or include as part of Requirements? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. Physical Requirements is specific content, but we don't have a predefined heading for it; we could either create a heading? The allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Requirements could go under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably under Requirements. We'll embed physical requirements in Requirements section as a list. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

Construction Schedule Manager. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the intro paragraph about McGough and role. That could be About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties from "Responsibilities And Tasks" bullet list (many). We'll convert each line to
  • . Qualifications: Required and Preferred. We'll list required qualifications as list, preferred as list maybe under same section or separate? Could have Qualifications section with subheadings? Not allowed; only headings from list. So we can put all qualifications (required and preferred) as list items under Qualifications. Might be long but okay. Skills: Could be separate but we already have skills in qualifications; maybe we can omit Skills section if content overlapped. But we have skills like proficiency in scheduling software etc. Could put under Skills. However we already have qualifications covering skills. To avoid duplication, we could put skills under Qualifications. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine qualifications and skills into one Qualifications section. Benefits: list of insurance, retirement, parental leave, PTO, holiday pay. Pay: salary range. Schedule: hybrid info. We must not include metadata like Job ID etc. There's none. We must not include application instructions. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

    About the role

    ... intro ...

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Qualifications

    • Required: ...
    • Preferred: ...
    • ...
But we need to separate required vs preferred maybe as sub-lists? Could just list each item with indication. We must preserve all substantive information: The required qualifications list: Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree; Minimum of 6 years relevant experience, or in lieu of education, 10+ years of relevant experience; Experience in construction phase of project lifecycle; Experience working as part of a design-build contractor; Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders, and project teams.; Proficiency in construction scheduling or project management; Excellent communication skills. Preferred: 10+ years of Construction Industry experience, including healthcare construction; Forensic scheduling and Time Impact Analysis management expertise; Knowledge with Lean construction practices, including pull planning and short interval or lookahead planning; Experience preparing project schedules using commercially available scheduling software; Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) Software; AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) or equivalent preferred; Experience with cost and resource loading, earned value management and forecasting; Experience with change management, impact and delay tracking and fragments. We'll include those. Benefits: insurance coverage for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability; generous retirement plans; voluntary benefit plans; parental leave; substantial paid time off; holiday pay. Pay: base salary range $130,000-160,000, excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses; note about final base salary determined by geography, location, skills, education, experience; pay equity; hiring range; note about top end atypical. Schedule: Office And Travel Hybrid available. Must have potential to be onsite in Rochester at project 10%. We might also include physical requirements under Requirements? But we have no Requirements section; we could add a Requirements section for physical requirements. However we already have Qualifications covering education/experience/skills. Physical requirements could be separate Requirements section. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements section for physical requirements. That would be appropriate. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (physical), Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create Skills section if we already have Qualifications covering skills; but we could still have Skills separate if we want. However we have many skill items in qualifications; better to keep Qualifications. Thus final HTML:
