About the role

You will be managing schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and caregiver availability to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
  • Ensure office's compliance to state and federal regulations.
  • Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
  • Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
  • Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.

Requirements

  • Wants to join a growing office and company
  • Enjoys a fast paced work environment
  • Has at least one year of experience working in home care/healthcare
  • Has at least one year of recruiting experience

Pay

$45,000 annually

Schedule
