Schedule Management
- Assess client needs and caregiver availability to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
- Ensure office's compliance to state and federal regulations.
Customer Service
Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
Administration
Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
Recruitment
- Source, interview, onboard, and train caregivers.
On-Call
Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
Qualifications
- Wants to join a growing office and company.
- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
- Has at least one year of experience working in home care/healthcare.
- Has at least one year of recruiting experience.
Skills
- Driver's License (Preferred).
