Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestone tracking, and critical path analysis.
- Cook up scheduling activities with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and support corrective action planning.
- Maintain schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar software.
- Lead schedule review meetings and provide progress updates to project teams and clients.
- Aid procurement, logistics, and field coordination to maintain project timelines.
- Assist with schedule-related change orders, claims, and project reporting.
- Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and support company scheduling standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of scheduling or project controls experience within commercial construction.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and critical path methodology.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
