The Scheduler Assistant will join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and efficient management of customer workload. This temporary role provides vital administrative support to the team. It is a hybrid position requiring 1 to 3 days on-site each week. The position is initially a six-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
- Ability to make outbound calls to customers and clearly communicate scheduling details.
- 2+ years of experience handling emergency calls.
- The ability to remain calm, clear, and concise while addressing urgent customer concerns and providing necessary instructions in high-pressure situations.
- Capability to stay composed and focused during emergencies, managing both personal stress and handling customer emotions effectively to provide reassurance and solutions.
- Able to quickly assess emergency situations, determine the best course of action, and coordinate responses to resolve issues efficiently.
