Position Purpose

The Hospital Staffing / Scheduling Coordinator will be performing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties specific to the needs of Nursing Managers.

What You Will Do

  • Develops and posts schedules while assisting with the staffing of the Nursing Department.
  • Maintains accurate timekeeping records and assists with payroll responsibilities in Kronos.
  • Ensures accurate licensure information for temporary staff (travelers and pool RN's) in all assigned departments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a High School Diploma.
  • Must have clerical/administrative experience.
  • Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
  • Must have hospital scheduling or equivalent experience.
  • Must be computer literate. Word processing experience is preferred.
