About the Role

The Scheduling Coordinator operates within the Travel Group Luxembourg network, supporting multiple leisure-travel agency brands and a large agency network across Luxembourg and the Greater Region. This role focuses on scheduling coordination applied to operational control, ensuring decisions reflect the specific operating environment of the Travel Group Luxembourg network.

The Scheduling Coordinator must keep confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate while maintaining a scheduling-focused, coordination-owned work profile.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile scheduling coordination with business support, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the Travel Group Luxembourg network.
  • Coordinate role documentation with status tracking for scheduling-focused tasks, maintaining traceability and ownership.
  • Review workflow management with deadline management, ensuring all actions are evaluated through a scheduling-focused, coordination-owned lens.
  • Document processes and reporting, ensuring clarity in source, owner, status, and next steps.
  • Maintain quality control with source verification, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.

Decision Pattern Quality Standard

Strong scheduling coordination ensures operational control remains usable under the specific demands of the Travel Group Luxembourg network. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and errors must be surfaced proactively to prevent rework.

Skills

  • Use the TGL LU Workflow Context and Operations Coordination confidently in a scheduling-focused, coordination-owned environment.
  • Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the scheduling workflow.
  • Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning within the network’s context.
  • Exercise judgment in follow-up, especially when scheduling depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.

The role-specific handoff test combines process compliance, source verification, and workflow management. If these signals are not current, the work remains open.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.
