This role is centered on coordinating appointments, calendars, availability, and schedule changes to support travel-industry events and operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments, service windows, interviews, traveler calls, or internal schedules that support travel-industry conferences, networking events, attendee support, speakers, sponsors, workshops, communications, and event operations.
- Confirm availability, time zones, required participants, and meeting or appointment details before booking.
- Send confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, and follow-up messages promptly across conference and attendee operations.
- Resolve routine calendar conflicts and escalate priority conflicts that require manager approval.
- Maintain accurate scheduling notes, contact details, cancellations, and attendance status.
- Track open scheduling requests and follow up until each request is completed or reassigned.
Requirements
- Strong organization, calendar management, written communication, and attention to detail.
- Comfort using shared calendars, scheduling tools, email, spreadsheets, and video-meeting platforms.
- Ability to manage changing schedules and multiple time zones accurately.
- Professional communication with customers, candidates, vendors, or internal teams.
- Reliable follow-through and the ability to prioritize time-sensitive requests.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
Pay
$51,000 - $58,000 per year
