About the role
The Scheduling Coordinator operates within event management and marketing for corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. This role focuses on scheduling coordination to maintain operational control, ensuring confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are visibly separated.
Responsibilities
- Document scheduling coordination with business support, leaving a visible source, owner, status, and next action for each checkpoint in the context of event management and marketing.
- Maintain global events role documentation with status tracking, ensuring traceability and ownership for all scheduling tasks.
- Reconcile workflow management with deadline management, keeping all checkpoints visible and actionable.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting, ensuring clarity on source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Review quality control with source verification to prevent downstream rework and surface repeated errors.
Requirements
- Use Strive Global Events Workflow confidently to support scheduling coordination in event management and marketing contexts.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in a scheduling-focused workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up, especially when scheduling depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure the role-specific handoff test (process compliance, source verification, and workflow management) is met before considering work complete.
Pay
Base salary: $41,000–$62,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
