Scheduling Coordinator

About the role

Refloor is one of the fastest-growing flooring companies in the country, known for quality, service, and rapid expansion. We're looking for a 2nd Shift Call Center Lead Coordinator who’s organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. In this role, you'll keep appointment scheduling running smoothly, support Sales Representatives, and help ensure our customers have a seamless experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Assign leads and schedule appointments for Sales Representatives
• Manage inbound and outbound rep calls
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers
• Route reps to job sites and update schedules in real-time
• Track outcomes and maintain accurate records
• Support the call center with overflow calls and texts

Requirements

• Call center or inside sales experience
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Clear, professional communication
• Familiarity with CRMs or scheduling software a plus
• A team-player attitude and problem-solving mindset

Schedule

Ability to work a 11:00am - 7:00am or 12:00pm - 8:00pm shift 5 days a week
